An extensive menu, covering the entire Indian subcontinent. Make no mistake; Bilas is a restaurant for curry lovers. Our starters alone offer more variety than many restaurants have on their entire menu, we also offer over 70 different main dishes too!! Our menu ensures that we at Bilas can find the ideal dish for your taste buds. We offer all the British curry classics; Tikka Masala (available on or off the bone), Korma and the Madras as well as more fiery dishes from Southern India including the Ceylon (a spicy dish based on coconut and lemon seasoned with our own mixed Ceylon curry powder to add a fiery kick!). Last but by no means least, is our Bilas Specialities. Our Chicken Naga is rapidly becoming a new favourite, using the finest Naga chillies from Bangladesh and Africa, this is not a dish for the faint hearted! We also have Bilas Special Chops and our Indian Lamb shanks too!!! In a special tribute to one of our famous customers, we have added the Mo Farah Korma to the menu. Please ask us about any question you have regarding our menu, because quite simply, we have too large a selection to describe them all! |
